Just bought two weeks ago after reading many reviews and am excited to say that one cant go with this LG washing machine having many features and options. Turbo function has saved me a lot of time and money of course. This machine is practically silent as compared to my older washer and cleans cloths exceptionally well. Not checked the steam and wifi function so far and will update my review later.

Leaking from day 1. Inefficient service.

Unit has leaked ever since we got it. Supposed to be an efficient machine but the only way to keep it from leaking is to run small loads with an itty bitty amount of soap.Service process has been confusing and inefficient multiple channels of communication from LG and service company. Plenty of texts and survey links but the machine still isnt fixed.

Love my new LG washer

I bought this washer to replace an old super-basic washer with few options. It works great but its a bit intimidating. The control panel is loaded with options but is difficult to understand and use. So I downloaded the LG ThinQ app and use that instead which is way easier though the setup was a bit confusing. But now that I have everything set as I like its great

Machine works well for our needs. It will be better when we get the pedestals next month We have had laundry equipment on pedestals for over a decade we are tall people so it has been less than comfortable to touch our toes to do laundry.
