Stopped working after 2 years

Ive had dryers that have lasted decades with zero issues so why has this stopped working after two years? Companies dont make products that last anymore. Even worse is that the diagnostic feature does not work at all. Here is a great idea put a single button on the back side of the machine that will put the dryer in diagnostics mode.

Easy to use

Weve had the dryer for approximately 2 weeks and it is awesome Sorry no photos or videos but we love the dryer. This is the first new dryer and we also have the matching washer also our first new. We are in our 60s and they are so great.
