I bought this fridge after a samsung went out. this fridge was well priced for the features, i like the black stainless. One of my few complaints is that the ice and water through the door are not large enough for most glasses to fit in. I usually have to transfer ice with a smaller cup to a larger cup which is inconvenient but not a deal-breaker. and there is no drip tray in the door??? these are just a few things i liked about the samsung but not enough to buy another one due to a lot of issues I have read about with them

I love the quiet, the cold, the freeze and the room. Big issue: if you don't close the veggie and fruit drawers completely or the door gets closed accidentally...you will break the drawer. Broke first one the first week. Grandkids almost broke another. Whirlpool did replace first drawer I broke. Would not have replaced the next one.

This refrigerator is large and spacious. I like how well lighted it is. The doors are easy to open and close. The door handles are comfortable to use. The ice dispenser is powerful and the ice selection is easy to use. However, the amount of water the fountain holds is ridiculous. It will only be enough to fill a glass or two and then the water isn't cold anymore and you have to wait for the water to chill in there again. Can't imagine kids using this much! Very disappointing. The refrigerator turns off when you open a door, which is efficient. Love the black stainless. So easy to clean as well.

I've had this a couple months ago and it seems to be doing good now since the tech was out here a week or so ago. When we got. It it worked great for about 2 weeks then the freezer had ice on the back wall which also made the refrigerator side increase in tempature. We got it thawed out and it worked fine for another 2 weeks and sis it again so we called corporate and they sent a tech out who found that the plug in for the heater was barely making contact which he plugged in firmly and that did the trick. Overall since then it's been great

Love this Fridge!

I bought this Refrigerator a month ago to replace a Samsung which had a lot of issues. Very happy with the Whirlpool. It is much quieter than the Samsung, the ice is smaller so it makes ice faster to keep up with heavy demands, and although the cubic feet size is a bit smaller that our Samsung, it seems bigger on the inside. The only issue is that you have to fight with the second veggie drawer to pull it out and also the shelves are not adjustable. We got the Stainless black which is really nice. I don't like black and I don't like stainless because of the fingerprints, this is a great combination of both. Really happy with it. We will be replacing our other appliances to match as soon as they come out with an insert oven in this color - hopefully soon!

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT IN MY LIFETIME!!!!!!! If I could I would rate this fridge and Whirlpool's repair and customer service a NEGITIVE 100. My wife and my self purchased this refrigerator on 6/2/19. On 6/16/19 we noticed that it was not cooling as should, we called into set up a repair service call only to find out that we had to wait until 6/20/19 to have a service tech come out to look at the refrigerator. When the service person came out to look at it he stated that it needed a sensor??? And that they would have to wait until the evaporator thawed out to replace the sensor. We had to reschedule another tech on the following Monday 6/24/19 to replace the part. 8 days after the refrigerator stoped cooling. Now fast forward 2 weeks and now we have the exact same issue, what ever was fixed did not correct the issue. We had to call back into Whirlpool to make a set up another service call . We have to wait 5 more days until a service tech can come out to recheck the issue. Whirlpool offered no other assistance. If I could I would return this defective unit and by a different brand of refrigerator. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT IN MY LIFETIME!!!!!!! I will make sure that I let everyone I know that I would never recommend a Whirlpool product!!

Love the color and the size, the shelving size between shelves could have been a little bigger, Top shelf is the only shelf you can put bottle waters or any bottles on, which gives you little room for bigger items, without taking a shelf out and having alot of wasted space.

Beautiful fridge love that the ice and water dispenser have different buttons not a shared one...but by far best feature to me is the lever that lets you stop the ice maker from making ice if the freezer is already full. I had a Samsung fridge before this one and had a horrible experience. Love the color and my washer and dryer are whirlpool

It is large enough to fit all of my family's refrigerator needs with room to spare. The shelf design makes it easy to place things in without straining to bend over or contorting your body.

Beautiful Fridge!

I just recently purchased this fridge in black stainless steel and it is absolutely gorgeous! It is truly finger print resistant (we have a 7 yr old who put it to the test!) and there is so much space for everything! The only thing I'd note is that the water from the dispenser doesn't get as cold as you may prefer. I prefer room temp water and its just fine for me. Would def. recommend this to friends/family.

It is a nice Refrigerator. My old 20 year old Whirlpool side by side had more shelves in the freezer that I miss. I wish Whirlpool designed the freezer upset better around the large ice maker.

Love the spaciousness of the refrigerator and the design. Unfortunately I hate the noises it makes. It is very loud and at times you think the motor will die. For that reason only I would not recommend this.

One Great Refrigerator

I bought this product about 6 months ago and it has proven it's worth. The room in both sides of the refrigerator and freezer are spacious. I absolutely love the ice maker with its choice of cubes or chips. The only draw back is where the water filter is located. Being located behind a panel at the bottom of the unit, it makes it difficult to change because you have to get on the floor to do it.
