It™€™s okay! My other range lasted 26 years. I™€™m just used to it. Definitely don™€™t make them like they used to. This one looks like my old one but the door is thinner and the storage drawer is thin and very cheap. It gets very hot along the front edge of the door while baking and cooking. My other one did not. Concerns me when I™€™m baking and cooking when my grandchildren are helping. In comparing to my old one this did not happen. Even myself when cooking the edge gets very hot.

Been loving the new features to this range and oven!! 5 cooking spaces, that allows you to cook with smaller pans or larger pans..and the element fits the size of the pan. The oven is great, preset settings for pizza. Just pop your pizza in and push the button, no setting temps or timers. Love it!!

I recieved as a part of a Valentines gift for wife, We place a new plan and cooked breakfast together. Everything functioned well, but the stove glass top stayed permanently marked with pans bottom circumference. No extreme heat was used, just enough to cook eggs over easy. We were very disappointed.

For kitchen ranges four out of the five were made by Whirlpool, but out of the these five, this particular model - #WFES3330RB is currently her favorite. I bought this on Black Friday.I have had it just shy of one month and yet the caulk around the glass top is improperly installed and showing the edge of the glass top. Additionally, something that takes 1 hour to cook normally is now taking 2+ hours to cook in this oven.I registered the unit via phone call after Lowe™€™s installed it and the whirlpool rep completely butchered all of my information including my name. I have tried to reach out to whirlpool on 5 separate occasions but no one will answer the phone or respond to me. Do not buy whirlpool products. They do not take care of their customers! How bout you call me back now Whirlpool!

Our previous range died so we were forced to purchase a new one. We are very happy with this new one. We were told that it didn™€™t have a preheat cycle but that™€™s not necessarily true. When the oven is turned on a ™€œPRE™€ shows up, then it shows the current temperature until it gets to the desired temp then it beeps. That works for me! It™€™s pretty much self explanatory and easy to use.

I had my new range for a few weeks. I previously had a Whirlpool range and it made sense to purchase another one. I've only performed routine cooking this far. It's user friendly. I haven't used the 5th burner as of this time. Everything else works well. I'm not a fan of the smaller storage drawer underneath. It feels awkward with opening. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I don't like this range at al! There is no simmer. I turn the burner to the lowest setting and the food is still boiling. It is hard to cook well if you cannot adjust the temperature of the burner. Unfortunately, I am stuck with this range. It cost close to $1,000 and I can't afford to purchase another. The oven works well but makes a weird squeaking noise as it heats up. A couple years ago I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator which has had many problems. I will not buy another Whirlpool appliance.

I recently purchased this Whirlpool Electric range approximately a month ago to complement my remodeled kitchen, replacing my perfectly functional Samsung Electric range, as I simply desired a new appliance for the updated space. I began using it about one to two weeks ago, and while the burners turn red, they do not seem to be heating up as expected. Having used various electric stoves in the past for making homemade flour tortillas without encountering any cooking issues, I've noticed that the skillet is not warming up sufficiently. I have tested all four burners. Additionally, there is a safety concern, as the edge of the glass stovetop becomes very hot. I am unsure if the heat is escaping to the edges, potentially causing the burners to not heat up adequately. I scheduled a service appointment and was provided with a date and time. Unfortunately, I took a day off from work to accommodate the service company, but they did not arrive. Upon contacting them, I was informed that Whirlpool had not sent them an email or work order, so they were unaware of my appointment. I have contacted customer service to seek a resolution, but I have not yet received any answers.

Poor quality and service

We got this range installed by Lowes and the oven temperature was very inconsistent taking forever to preheat. It was several weeks before we had the need to use the broiler and it would not work at all. I called Lowes and asked them to replace the range and they said we waited too long to report the issue. They told me I would need to contact Whirlpool and I made it perfectly clear I expected them to solve the problem and I was not calling anyone but them. The product was defective when it was delivered and it should have been replaced. After some back and forth, Lowes made an appointment with Sloan Appliance Repair to fix the defective stove when I had paid for a fully functional new range. Later Sloan canceled the appointment because their tech was sick. We still had a defective range. After a couple of weeks, the repair guy finally came and said he didn™€™t have the right parts to repair the unit. After no response from them for a couple of more weeks, I followed up and they said the parts that they received were not the right ones. Another week or more wait and the repair guy finally came and made the defective unit work. So I paid full price for a repaired defective unit. As you may have gathered by now, I am very disappointed with this whole ordeal and will be very hesitant to ever use Lowes or Whirlpool for any appliance purchase. I have used Whirlpool products through the years and have been very satisfied. The refusal by Lowes/Whirlpool to replace a defective unit has really soured me on both.

Terrible Experience

I bought this and ended up returning it not once, not twice, but 3 times. 3 different flat tops did not work properly. I ended up finding out it was wiring issues for all 3. I ended up purchasing a different brand because there is no reason I should have to go through 3 brand new stoves in 1 week. I ended up returning ing the 3rd and purchasing a different brand.

Had to buy it cause we bought a new house. Glad I went with this one. Love the 2 controls on the burners. Can use the whole burner or just half of it. Didn't no it until I plugged it in. Was a exciting surprise.

My wife was so excited to get a new stove after putting up with lopsided bakes. She had to bake something to try out so she made banana bread and it came beautiful. When wife™€™s happy, I™€™m happy.

After our eleven year old stove™€™s mother board went out; and its more costly to repair than replace. We went on line and found an almost identical one. Love the five burner (one being a warming element). I think I™€™ve used it to cook/bake every night.

Bad Services and Warranty

Whirlpool Glass Stove Top 7/25/2025

Your customer Service and warranty division (customer service representatives and supervisors) suck. Discrimination against customer. Refuse to replace Stove Glass Top when it is a Manufacturer Defect. Texh that is assigned with Whirlpool lied on the documents and that that is why Whirlpool is not going to approve the claim. The glass stove top is still under the warranty of Whirlpool. I will be reporting this to this CFPB, BBB, FBI, OIG, CCC, CAA, CFA, ICC3, LOCAL, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL AUTHORITIES. LEGAL MATTERS ALSO no stars for this.
