I have great luck with this roller but now the white plastic pieces on the underside are broken and suck the pasta in. Looking for a replacement part? Or a refurbished replacement. Great product otherwise.

I have so many good things to say about all the KitchenAid attachments,I own many of them.The pasta maker wasn't an exception,it is absolutely great.The design and materials it's made from,so nice and scream quality.Its easy to use and clean,little brush provided.All said above is buy it ,use it ,enjoy it.Thanks

We bought this item a couple months ago and are happy with it overall. Our only draw back is it's a bigger to clean. The brush provided is a joke. Sorry Kitchenaid! It's the equivalent of paint a house with a string.

My hand crank one stripped a gear so I bought this one on sale and WOW what a difference!!! I can actually get the dough to roll as wide as the roller!!! NO REGRETS!! Well worth the money!!!

I am amending my previous review. The plastic on my pasta roller broke making the original attachment worthless. KitchenAid provided me with a refurbished roller to replace the broken roller. I have yet to use the new roller, but will very soon with the holidays approaching. I appreciate that the company supported me!

Disappointed in failure of my handy Kitchenaid pasta roller. Enjoyed it for several years until the inner plastic sleeve of the roller cracked and ultimately broke apart. It is unusable as the pasta roller now only shreds rolled dough which is caught in the fracture and sharp broken sections. Reluctant to replace unless pasta roller attachment has been redesigned for longevity. Perhaps plastic should no longer be used in its manufacture.

I love the pasta roller and we use it a lot in our house. Unfortunately the last time I used it the shaft that rolls the rollers broke off. It looks like an easy fix as long as I can get the part. I've seen someone else have the same exact problem and I used their picture below.

Within 6 months of having this my Spaghetti cutter stopped working. Foolishly I didn't contact the company then for warranty and just kept using the larger cutter. Now however my rollers one plastic piece broke and keeps sucking pasta into the machine. Very disappointing.

I've been wanting one of these for ages, and because of a generous friend I was finally able to buy it. I love it! It rolls the dough smoothly and easily. I can make pasta as well as noodle dough, and I can with them, I can make lasagna, ravioli, and any width noodle (which I can easily hand cut once I've used the roller to get the sheet of dough the thickness I want). I'm happy, and looking forward to having company and making fresh pasta!

I'd bought the KitchenAid pasta roller to help make pasta easier. I'd always used a rolling pin, but after my move it'd disappeared. I'd always wanted to buy some attachments for my mixer and figured why not. I couldn't be happier with it. I'm excited to get other attachments, especially the meat grinder and grain mill so I can truly make homemade ravioli and tortellini.

I would like to know if Kitchenaid sells the Hex Shear Shaft Coupler for pasta roller. I've just used for the first time and it has broke into 2 pieces. I live in Brazil and the Brazilian Authorized assistance informed me that considering that Pasta Roller is an accessory, Kitchenaid doesn't repair or sell parts of Pasta Roller. So since my hex shear shaft coupler broke there is nothing they could do and the only solution was to buy a new one. Is it true? Thank you.

I recently purchased this product and I love it so much. I have always preferred making things homemade and I usually make homemade pasta sauce now I am able to make the pasta to go along with it. It is very simple to use and makes making pasta very easy. We make pasta at least once a week now! We are really looking forward to purchasing more products from Kitchenaid.

got this as a gift, and used the heck out of it. MUCH easier than the hand-cranked model that I had (and have since given away). it leaves both hands free to handle the dough, and is a good height above the counter for ease of use. makes ravioli, potstickers, lasagna, and any flat noodle a breeze. however: mine pooped out within 3 months (with average use of 3x per week). the rollers just stopped turning all of a sudden. . . kitchenaid did handle it quickly when I contacted them through the website, though. I got a replacement quickly. I just hope that this one lasts, because I really love it! and at the price they're getting, it should last indefinitely. my hand-cranked machine was a third of the price, with 3 cutters included, and turned out just as good of a product, without failing in the space of a few months. i'd had it for years, actually. . . it definitely was not as quick and easy, though!

I recently puchased the pasta rollerand have made pasta a couple times and used this roller. It does a great job. I love it. Nothing like fresh pasta. I would, however, recommend buying the cutter attachments at the same as it is cheaper that way. I didn't think I would need them but ended up purchasing them. They work great as well

Much easier than using a hand cranked model, you can use both hands to handle the pasta, and it is higher off the counter with more room underneath.

This roller makes pasta rolling easy as can be. You work up gradually to the desired thickness and the pasta comes out even. Easy to use and easy to clean.
